blood sugar tracker
The Blood Sugar Tracker is a personal tracking and organization tool that uses Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script to record readings, provide optional reminders, and generate summaries. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or interpretation of health conditions or readings. Users should follow the guidance of their healthcare professional.
Use of the tracker requires a compatible Google account and is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Users are responsible for the information they enter into their own Google account and for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.
what the tracker does
The tracker helps you log blood sugar readings and optional context, receive reminder emails at times you choose, store entries in a Google Sheet in your account, and generate summaries you request. It is sold offline and set up for personal use.
google account and google terms
You must have a Google account that can use Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Apps Script, and Google email services. Your use of those Google services is governed by Google’s own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Little Task Master is not responsible for Google’s services, availability, or changes to those services.

availability and changes
The tracker depends on Google services. Features may change, be interrupted, or stop working if Google changes an API, quota, permission, or product. We may update the tracker from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Nothing on this website or in the Blood Sugar Tracker is medical advice. Little Task Master does not interpret readings, set treatment plans, or replace your healthcare professional. If you have a medical emergency, seek emergency care.

limitation of liability
